Printscape Arena at Southpointe is home to many exciting job opportunities, ranging from customer service
to Zamboni drivers to on-ice instructors.

Adult League Ice Hockey Official
- Required Essential Functions and Qualifications
- Rule Enforcement
- Knowledge of current USA Hockey Rulebook and correct implementation of those rules along with any listed House League rules
- Availability
- Flexible schedule with the ability to skate weeknight and weekend games, according to a league schedule with times frequently associated with adult league (i.e. late nights)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to skate weeknight games, according to a
league schedule with times frequently associated with weeknight youth games
(i.e early evenings) - Certification
- Currently certified USA Hockey Official 2021-2022 Level 2 or higher
- All required SafeSport and Background Checks associated with USA Hockey and State of Pennsylvania
Weekend Customer Service Representative
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks during their shift. The team member will provide superior customer service to guests at all times by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices.

- Must be available to work weeknights and/or weekends
Facilities Operations Technician
- This position is responsible for keeping the ice in first-rate condition. In addition, during time when not resurfacing ice, this role is responsible for maintaining equipment, and ensuring all related areas are clean and orderly, including maintaining the appearance of the rink areas, grounds, warehouse “Zam” room and other areas as assigned. Drivers must promote and maintain a positive environment for skaters, guests, children, parents, and staff.
- Must be available to work weeknights and/or weekends
Skate Guard/Event Hosts
- The Skate Attendant/Party Host/Event Staff is a key resource member of the Printscape Arena at Southpointe team in its successful operation of the facility. The position provides customer service, duties associated with skate rental counter operation, on ice presence during public skate and other ice events, birthday party and group outing hosting, general event staff member and facility upkeep, and program assistance as needed.
